Hello! If you are a new member, please read this thoroughly. Submissions will NOT be accepted if they are submitted into incorrect folders, no matter how good or bad they are.
A few things you should know:
a-o: This stands for 'And/Or'. For example, a folder named 'Vinyl a-o Octavia' Should only have images of either:
Vinyl Scratch on her own
Octavia on her own
Vinyl Scratch and Octavia together
a-o folders should be submitted in before the 2+ if the specific ponies are mentioned in the title. A image showing Vinyl Scratch and Rainbow Dash should be submitted into the '2+ Ponies' folder, and not 'Vinyl a-o Octavia'
Prioritys:
Some folders overrule other folders. For example, anything containng Violent/Mature contect MUST go into the 'Gore-Mature' folder, no matter if it's anthro or anything else. The following list shows the which folders overrule others and the order they overrule others.
1.) Gore-Mature
2.) Anthro a-o Humaniod
3.) Plushies a-o Products
4.) Comics
5.) OC's
6.) Crossovers
FAQ:
Q: What quality standards are there?
A: None, pretty much. The only way a submission quality-wise will be declinded is if the artwork is near impossible to see (Which I doubt you'd bother uploading it if it were)
Q: Are Gore/Violent and Mature/R34 submissions accepted?
A: Yes, but only in the 'Gore-Mature' folder, this overrules any other category
Q: What counts as Mature/R34?
A: Obviously anything blatently R34. Anything showing bare genitalia or breasts/nipples (Anthro). Any close or suggestive images of the plot (Pony ass) or suggestive open body shots.
Q: Why has my submission been declinded?
A: Most likely submitted into the wrong folder, if not, other questions on the FAQ will cover it
Q: How can I get my artwork into the Featured folder?
A: Most submissions in the Featured folder will be hand selected. However, if you feel you artwork is worthy of being featured, please note the group asking for it to be featured and include a link to your art
On some occasions, submissions sent to the wrong folder will be accepted and moved if an admin has time, but you will be asked to submit correctly next time. Do NOT take this for granted and start mindlessly submitting to incorrect folders 24/7.
I hope I haven't sounded to serious or moody in this, but I want to make sure y'all are doing it right and not creating extra work for the Admins! Everyones human, and will make mistakes. But please try! Thanks! ^.^

Folder for Commissions
We have opened a folder for commissions! Feel free to add your journal entries with descriptions of your rules and prices. Here is a template; just copy it to your journal, remove unnecessary parts, and add correct prices and types of arts.
Don't forget to add one or two examples for each type of art, using :thumbXXXXXX: tag. And there are reminders in the template. ^^ You can find this tag in the right column at the deviation page under the title “Thumb”. After you add the tag to the journal text, it would look like this:

I've had lots of people ask how to build up a decent sized group. Well, I'm offering one that comes with almost two thousand members. I wasn't kidding in the last journal about stepping down from the founder role. I do not want this group anymore. And there have been no takers. Out of 2,000, I don't believe there's no one who would enjoy running something like this with their friends, but so far there have been no takers. Please let me know if you'd be interested
Stepping down
Managing this group stopped being fun ages ago. It used to be a group of friends hanging out and goofing off, but I've been doing it on my own for quite awhile now. Ain't like it's hard to click yes or no when people submit images, so I've been keeping it going. But I've let this group stagnate. I do not like running this, and I don't know how to make it more enjoyable for you guys. I get on DA, I want to talk to friends, not see 50+ submissions sent to the wrong folder for me to sort through. So, I think I'm stepping down. One less thing to stress me
